I wanted to take a moment to thank you for the great work you did in Mexico. Your leadership and project management skills were very important in laying the groundwork for the future success of the project. The implementation of the Solomon ERP software will greatly benefit our Mexico market region. Perhaps you have heard that the last remaining division will go live this coming Monday. This is a major milestone in which you played a critical role.

You were very successful in building relationships with the key business people that is so critical in a re-engineering initiative. The business process re-engineering sessions that you conducted and that subsequently enabled the implementation of the Solomon ERP application are being utilized throughout all our locations within Mexico. You exhibited strong project management skills and overcame many challenges with the pilot implementation of Solomon in Guadalajara. The experiences you gained during the pilot process were applied to each subsequent implementation to help facilitate the process further. With your help, the painful but worthwhile task of implementing an ERP application was minimized to a tolerable level.

On Monday all of the Mexico market region will operate with a single integrated system and a common set of business processes. This will equip our people in Mexico with the right information, at the right time, to make the right business decisions before the window of opportunity closes.
