Dear Greg:
As we move into the "home stretch" of the Managing for More® rollout, I wanted to provide you with feedback on the program to date.
Getting to Know Our
Business
It's clear that the time you and your folks spent at our sites early on allowed
you to develop a solid working knowledge of GreenLeaf and the automotive salvage
business. This knowledge was reflected in the training materials that were
effectively tailored to include real world situations that our people could
understand and learn from.
Additionally, the "Benchmarking Review" and recommendations you presented to our management team last fall continue to be used as reference as we continually refine, improve, and implement our business plan.
Training Seminars
Based on my contacts with our sites, the training our General Managers and
Controllers received this past January continues to be applied in their daily
activities. They are "walking the walk" and "talking the talk"
as it relates to the key learning's of M4M.
Future Actions
With headquarters and site management trained, we now face the challenge of
making the principles of M4M part of the day-to-day working environment at
our sites.
If the site training materials and companion compensation plan we are about to rollout meet the same standards of the previous materials and training, I have every confidence we will create a real customer and quality focused mindset throughout the sites that will help drive continued and profitable growth.
Thank you again for your efforts and interests. It has been a pleasure working with you and your team.
