The course generated energy and enthusiasm. Whilst we had always considered that it would be educational, it also created significant team-working experience for all levels within the Management Team. It allowed Managers to take a step back from their unit and understand how small changes in key operating variables can yield greater profits. In Addition, it provided an in-depth and invaluable understanding of the key financial measures most relevant to our business.
