Hi Greg,

Just a short note to thank you for the time spent here in San Antonio as well as the positive input I have received today from my personnel from the Florida meeting. Truly some different yet fresh perspectives on what truly makes up profit and some of the potential ways that we might impact our bottom line.

I hope the third in this series of meetings was as successful as the previous two and am working on gathering the data so that we can start to manage for more on a regional level and prove out some of your practices.

I am looking forward to having your input with my middle managers in keeping them focused on the criteria that we have discussed in our previous meetings. The basic concepts as they apply to our business and as I said earlier, are far different than any of our previous owner's teachings may just be what puts us a step ahead of the competition.
