Errol has provided consulting services to a broad range of enterprises, providing counsel in financial planning, strategic planning, market evaluation, build vs. buy analyses, personnel and organizational development, and information systems evaluation and installation. His clients are in various industries including financial institutions, accounting firms, hedge funds, financial management companies, apparel manufacturing, retain chains and medical service providers.

Errol has been the president of a private holding company based in New York City. He has had equity interests in three manufacturing companies and an insurance firm. In addition he has taken an active role in working with distressed middle market companies. Most recently he was the COO of a television production company. Prior to that he had been Executive Director of a discount women's apparel chain. Prior to founding his own investment company, Errol was a Managing Director at a major investment-banking firm in New York, with responsibility for its West Coast investment banking activity. In that capacity, he worked on hundreds of transactions ranging from private equity financings to IPO's, high yield debt and securitizations. He also headed the firm's Retail Finance Group, with responsibility for investment banking in the retail, apparel and toy industries. He served on the firm's Banking Operating Committee and was instrumental in developing the strategy for and organizing sections of the firm's international operations.
Errol also was a principal in a global real estate firm; a privately held New York based investment company. He was responsible for investment and acquisition activities and played an active role in the group's equity funding and financing activities. During this period Errol played a leadership role in growing the firm from a fledgling organization into a diversified holding company with revenues of $2 billion. Errol has held management positions in large manufacturing firms where he was involved in corporate and strategic development activity, and has served numerous boards.
