Greg has more than twenty-five years of consulting and industry experience with an emphasis on marshalling organizational resources to achieve business goals while exceeding the expectations of customers in a wide variety of industries.

Consulting

Greg leads and manages complex projects in various manufacturing and service industries in Europe, Asia, Canada, Mexico and the US, focusing on operational and change-management challenges. He has delivered significant earnings improvements to clients while re-directing their business and market focus. He motivates and trains client teams to drive exceptional results.

Greg has also led internal client work teams and external consultants to design and implement re-engineered business processes in manufacturing and financial arenas, leading to increased productivity and reduced costs. Additionally, he has led the installation of enterprise information systems.

Industry

Greg has held line management leadership roles in both the US and Mexico with P&L accountability for all aspects of the business system. His focus areas include marketing, pricing strategy management, operations, sales force effectiveness training, distribution management and finance. He was able to achieve historically unprecedented financial returns while growing share in targeted markets.

Greg's industry experience also includes leading staff activities in the areas of financial control and management decision-making systems; domestic and international financings; mergers, divestitures and acquisitions; global business systems design and implementation; sales incentive systems; SKU/inventory optimization; leadership development; and strategic and operational planning.

Greg pioneered the "Managing For More® " capability development program to heighten awareness of the relationship between profitability and customer satisfaction. He has developed interactive techniques to harness multi-functional perspectives while creating a common, global business language and building an in-depth understanding of how to grow market share while managing cash flow, the P&L and the balance sheet; aggressively managing all the available Levers of Profit .

He is fluent in Spanish.
